Otro Proyecto Líquido
La dramaturgia de Otro Proyecto Líquido nace de la exploración del movimiento. En varios laboratorios de creación que han tenido lugar en abril 2018 y entre marzo y mayo 2017. Durante este tiempo la compañía creó lo que sería la semilla del material.
La fragilidad de los vínculos afectivos y las dificultades de construir relaciones amorosas en nuestra sociedad dominada por las redes sociales son el motor de esta investigación.
Desde una teatralidad basada en el cuerpo en movimiento y la metáfora física repensamos y revisitamos El amor líquido de Zygmnt Bauman, Fragmento de un discurso amoroso de Roland Barthes y La agonía del Eros de Byul Chul Han. Partiendo de esta base escribimos textos propios que nos dan el marco conceptual que pretendemos habitar y repensar con el código de movimientos que surgió en los talleres.
El material físico inicial se compuso con el acompañamiento y la interacción con un piano preparado y su intérprete.
Gardens Watered by Running Streams
On September 28, 2011 the american ministry of justice released a document related to the September 11 attacks. The paper which was written in arabic and by hand is called Spiritual Instruction and proofs the religious motivations of the terrorist attacks. The perpetrators are promised to get into paradise after their deaths.
The performatic play Gardens Watered by Running Streams deals with that paradise, with the longing for the hereafter, the disappointment in the present. The performance is centered around the challenges faced by individuals who feel socially excluded, left behind and therefore hope to find redemption in an ideology or religion.
Based on a poetry of intertextuality the play cites texts like the aforementioned Spiritual Instruction, the prayer Our Father and the Quran.
